Integrations Planning Center

Using Planning Center? Add paycheck giving to the same giving page.

Keep Planning Center as it is. Roster adds the one option it can't offer: a percentage of every paycheck, set once.

Planning Center with Roster

Does Roster work with Planning Center?

Yes. Roster works with Planning Center. Churches using Planning Center keep it for one-time gifts, events, and card-based recurring. Roster adds a "Give from your paycheck" button to the same giving page, so members can give a percentage of every paycheck instead of a fixed amount. Planning Center fees, reports, and payouts are unchanged.

Planning Center is both a giving platform (Planning Center Giving, through Church Center) and a church management system.

Planning Center handles

  • One-time gifts
  • Events and campaigns
  • First-time visitor giving
  • Card and ACH recurring

Roster adds

  • A percentage of income, not a dollar figure
  • Set once, every payday
  • No card to expire, nothing to re-enter
  • The member's own giving account

Where the button goes.

On your Church Center giving page, next to the ways to give you offer today. A snippet or a link, no migration, nobody to retrain.

1

Create your church account

Your church's EIN and the bank account where gifts should land. Under five minutes.

2

Add the button

One snippet on your website's giving page, or a link from your Church Center giving page. Your Roster dashboard shows when it's live.

3

Tell your congregation

The announcement, the bulletin insert and the email are already written, with your church's name in them.

Where the data lands.

Planning Center connects directly from the Roster dashboard: pick it under Install, then Your church software, paste the key from your Planning Center account and choose the fund. Amount, member, date, fund designation. Contribution records and year-end statements stay complete.

What changes for your finance team.

Nothing you already do changes. Planning Center keeps its own fees, its own reports and its own payout schedule. Roster's 2% applies only to Roster volume, taken out of each gift before it lands, and paycheck gifts arrive by ACH at the same bank account as everything else.

  • No. Planning Center keeps doing everything it does today. Roster is one more option next to it.

  • No. It's one page, your Church Center giving page, with one more option on it. Card, ACH and everything else stay exactly where they are.

  • No. Planning Center keeps its own fees, reports and payout schedule. Roster's 2% applies only to gifts that come through Roster, and there is no monthly fee.

  • Gifts post to Planning Center Giving, carrying the giver's name and email, the amount, the date and the fund, so your team can match them to the right person the same way as any other donation.

Planning Center is a trademark of its owner. Roster is not affiliated with or endorsed by Planning Center; this page describes how the two work side by side on a church's giving page. Planning Center is not offered by FFBKC and is not part of any agreement with FFBKC.
