Pricing questions
What counts as a "new donation"?
Gifts from employees who were not regular donors before Roster launched (no payroll deductions in the prior 12 months). An increase from $20 to $50/pay counts as $30 new. Existing $20 continuing at $20 does not count.
Are there setup fees?
No. Onboarding is included: payroll mapping, CSV templates, CRM setup, staff training, and go-live support.
What's the contract length?
Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. No exit fees. Your data exports in standard formats.
What's included in $300/month?
Every feature, unlimited employees: payroll integration, ambassador programs, AI messaging, employee portal, incentive management, CRM integration, and dedicated support.
How does the performance guarantee work?
