Integrations TouchPoint

Using TouchPoint? Every paycheck gift lands in your contribution records.

Keep TouchPoint as your system of record. Roster adds paycheck giving to your giving page and makes each gift available to TouchPoint.

TouchPoint with Roster

Does Roster work with TouchPoint?

Yes. Roster works with TouchPoint. Churches keep TouchPoint as their system of record. Every paycheck gift is available to TouchPoint contributions by webhook and from the API, with the giver's name, the amount, the date and the fund, so contribution statements stay complete without anyone retyping.

TouchPoint is a church management system with its own contributions module.

TouchPoint keeps

  • People and household records
  • Contribution statements
  • Funds and designations
  • Year-end giving reports

Roster adds

  • A percentage of income, not a dollar figure
  • Set once, every payday
  • No card to expire, nothing to re-enter
  • The member's own giving account

Where the data lands.

Every gift is available by webhook and from the API as it happens. The setup guide walks through bringing them into TouchPoint. Amount, member, date, fund designation. Contribution records and year-end statements stay complete.

What changes for your finance team.

Nothing you already do changes. TouchPoint stays your system of record. Roster's 2% is taken out of each gift before it lands, and paycheck gifts arrive by ACH at the same bank account as everything else.

  • No. TouchPoint keeps doing everything it does today and stays your system of record. Each paycheck gift is available to it by webhook and from the API.

  • No. Each gift is available for TouchPoint by webhook and from the API, with the giver, the amount, the date and the fund. Nothing is retyped in the Roster dashboard; it's there to check that gifts arrived.

  • No. TouchPoint stays as it is. Roster's 2% applies only to gifts that come through Roster, taken out of each gift before it lands, and there is no monthly fee.

  • The fund you choose when you set it up. Every gift is available by webhook and from the API with the giver, the amount, the date and the fund, and the setup guide walks through bringing them into TouchPoint contributions.

Add it, and let TouchPoint keep the records.
